Dementium II (DS) Summary

Having played Dementium II for a good 2+ hours since initial pick-up, I have this following summary put together:

-Why can\'t devs use better compression tech for DS videos? Does this REALLY need to look so damn pixelated?
-The combat\'s a bit uphauled, and takes a bit of getting used to. But it works, and feels natural once you get the hang of it.
-Boss fights have been varied and fun so far.
-It takes a lot to scare me; Dementium II hasn\'t got the chops so far.
-Story is thin, and a bit flaky; bordering on the painfully cliché.
-Enemies are varied, disconcerting, and some are actually challenging. Though only one has really unsettled me so far
-Those shadow monsters are a crap idea. I deeply dislike \"stealth\" sections requiring me to not touch something, or be sent into a mandatory \"arena\" only to restart the section.
-Framerate is liquid smooth. No drops (noticeable) in speed.
-Questionable hit detection has been noticed many times.

Did a few searches on this, looked at a couple of images and whatnot. Looks interesting, might give it a look.

The graphics somewhat resemble a PS1 title, though. It\'s a stark contrast to the quality of many PSP titles.
