Total time = 15.06

This isn't including 1min 30secs recovery time I took between sets.

Nice easy one, simply complete as quick as possible

Reps:
10 > 9 > 8 > 7 > 6 > 5 > 4 > 3 > 2 > 1

Exercises:
Burpees
Squats

I tried it, but couldn't manage it, this heat isn't helping!
I had a fan on me as well, but I just got destroyed after a couple of minutes.

Yeah the heat really doesn't help, I just drink loads before I train then stick a bottle of water over head before starting the main effort and then same again between sets so t-shirt get wet aswell and along with that I drink plenty of water between each set aswell.

Got myself a 20kg kettlebell to use on days I can't make it to the gym. This thing is heavy!
Started doing some standard swings with it and also tried doing some core exercises during the last couple of days using the kettlebell, really feeling it today.
